Questions we get asked
Do you need my water or power?
No. The van is fully self-contained. Somewhere to park close to your door is the only thing we genuinely need.
What time will you arrive?
We give an arrival window rather than an exact time, because a route can't promise a minute. We'll call when we're on the way.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% deposit reserves your appointment. Cancel or reschedule 72 hours or more beforehand and it transfers, one time.
What if my dog is matted?
We'll tell you before we start, not at the end. Severe matting takes longer and carries a fee, and if de-matting would hurt your dog we'll recommend a shorter cut instead. Humane grooming always comes first.
What if my dog is nervous?
One pup at a time, no cages, no dryers roaring in the background. If continuing would cause real distress, we stop, and we'll talk to you about what would make next time easier.
Do you need vaccination records?
Rabies must be current, as required by law. We'll ask for the expiry date when you book.
