The service

Bootsie's Mobile Grooming Co LLC provides mobile pet grooming at your address. This website lets you request an appointment; a request is not a confirmed booking until we contact you and a deposit is paid.

Deposits and cancellation

A 50% deposit reserves your appointment. Cancel or reschedule 72 hours or more before your appointment and the deposit transfers to a new date, one time. Cancellations inside 72 hours, and no-shows, forfeit the deposit.

Pricing

Prices marked "starting at" are a floor, not a quote: coat condition and size can add to the final price, and we tell you before we start, never after.

Your pet's welfare

Humane grooming comes first. If continuing a groom would hurt or seriously distress your pet, we stop, and we talk to you about what to do instead.

Using this website

Submit the booking form only for genuine appointment requests, with accurate information about you and your pet. We may decline or cancel service where information was materially inaccurate.

Liability

We carry business and vehicle insurance. Our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the price paid for the appointment concerned, except where the law does not allow that limit.
